Our Process
Here’s a quick look at how our sessions usually flow. From first message to final edits. Every shoot is relaxed and horse-led, with no pressure and no stress.
1. Get in Touch
Send a quick message through Instagram, Facebook, or email. Let me know what kind of shoot you’re after, and we’ll take it from there.
2. Plan your Session
We’ll pick a date, location, and talk through what you’re after. A quick call can be arranged if you’d like to chat before the session.
3. The Session Day
On the day, it’s all about keeping things calm and natural. I’ll give light direction if needed, but mostly let you and your horse do your thing while I capture the story.
4. Gallery Delivery
Your finished photos will be delivered in a private online gallery. Turnaround is usually 1–2 weeks depending on the season, we’ll confirm this when you book.
The Questions we get asked
How does the recipient book their photoshoot?
They simply contact Hoof Pix via email or social media with their voucher number. We’ll arrange a suitable date, location and discuss any preparation needed.
How long is the voucher valid for?
All vouchers are valid for 12 months. If the recipient needs extra time due to unforeseen circumstances, we’re happy to arrange an extension where possible. Please contact us before the expiry date.
Do vouchers include travel?
Each voucher includes travel within East Antrim and the surrounding area. Travel outside this area may incur a small additional fee, which we’ll confirm before the session or after purchase of a gift voucher.
Can vouchers be refunded?
Gift vouchers are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to another person if the original recipient is unable to use it.
Can I choose digital or physical delivery?
Yes, during checkout, you can select a digital PDF voucher sent by email, or a printed gift card posted to an address of your choice.
